Please check in 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Being on time is greatly
appreciated; tardiness may result in a shortened appointment. At Harmony Falls Day Spa, we encourage
all guests to communicate any questions or concerns they might have during any of their treatments. Your
comfort level is an important aspect of your relaxing visit with us.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
When scheduling your appointment time, we recommend you reserve your next service prior to leaving the
spa.
A major credit card or gift certificate number will be necessary to reserve time for all appointments.
Should you need to change your appointment time, we request a 24-hour notice for any single service. A
48-hour notice must be given for multiple services or spa package cancellations.
Half the service charge will be imposed any late cancellations, and no-show appointments will be charged
in full.
Gratuity
Gratuity is always left to the discretion of our guests. Unless otherwise noted, gratuity is not included on gift
certificates.
Age Requirement
To maintain a relaxing and peaceful spa environment, Harmony Falls is reserved for adults. No children
under the age of 18 are allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services. Children under 18 must
have a parent/guardian signature; children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Gift Certificates
A Harmony Falls gift certificate makes a wonderful gift for any occasion. Effective August 1, 2007, Harmony
Falls gift certificates have no expiration date and can be purchased for any dollar amount. Previously
issued gift certificates that have expired will be adjusted to current service prices. The recipient will be
responsible for the difference. In addition, should any gift certificate be expired for more than five (5) years,
the State of Illinois does not require us to honor them. For your convenience, Harmony Falls gift wraps gift
certificates. In addition, gift certificates can be purchased online at harmonyfalls.com.
For Your Convenience...
Harmony Falls requests that you complete a one page information sheet prior to your first service with us,
updated annually. Please disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications as there may be
contraindications to some services.
So you may fully enjoy your spa experience, and as a courtesy to other guests, we request you turn off, or
silence, your cell phone.
Harmony Falls is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend you leave valuables at home or
on your person.
Harmony Falls is a smoke-free facility.
All technicians are licensed as required by the State of Illinois.
Harmony Falls Day Spa is a co-ed facility. For your comfort, robes and slippers/booties will be provided for
multiple services. Modesty draping for privacy is observed during all body treatments and body massages.
